Upload
The local workflow accepts synthetic PDF, PNG or JPEG files up to 2 MiB. The merchant owner uploads a registration certificate and address proof; a bank letter may also be requested.
- Open Business documents.
- Choose the correct document type and file.
- Upload once and wait for its scan status.
- If a file is rejected or expired, resolve the issue before submitting replacement evidence.
Review
Files remain unavailable while quarantined. A clean malware scan does not verify document authenticity. Reviewers select the exact files supporting their assessment, and another reviewer checks the same evidence. Changed, expired or unavailable evidence can prevent approval.
Preview limits
Use no real identity documents in the local preview. Its temporary retention and storage configuration are not a published production document-retention policy. A completed test business assessment does not enable live payments.
