Receipts, statements, complaints and notifications

Statements shows opening and closing balances and every payment for a period of up to one year, in Lagos time. Download it as CSV or print it.

Open a payment and choose Report a problem, or use Help for anything else. A NairaMove support operator takes the case and writes an answer you see in Help and in your notifications. There can be one open complaint per payment.

Verification shows your identity check. In the test workspace the check is simulated, collects no real identity numbers and does not change your limits.
