Start with the environment
The current merchant application is a local preview using synthetic identities and test funds. Its balances are not redeemable money. Public registration with verified email, passkey sign-in, owner-managed team invitations and reviewed merchant recovery are available locally.
Read your balances
Available is the amount the ledger currently permits you to spend. Held money is reserved for an operation and cannot be spent again. An uncertain payout stays reserved until authoritative evidence resolves it.
- Open Overview for balances and recent activity.
- Use Payments to inspect the original payment before taking action.
- Use Payouts to track withdrawals and Reports for period totals.
Role-based access
An owner, manager and cashier have different permissions. A hidden or disabled action does not grant access through another page: the server checks permissions for every request.
