Request recovery
If you still have one passkey, sign in and add a replacement in Profile and security. If every passkey is lost, choose Request reviewed recovery on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email on your wallet. You always see the same confirmation.
- Two independent NairaMove staff members check that the wallet is yours through a separate channel.
- When approved, every old passkey and session stops working immediately.
- After a 24-hour safety wait, open the one-time link we email you and register two new passkeys.
Your money
Recovery never moves money. Your balance and history stay in the wallet throughout.
