Owners complete four steps: business details, owner details, verification and bank, then review and submit. Save progress at any time and return later.
- Enter the registered business details and owner details, then save.
- Start owner verification from the application. The result appears automatically.
- Upload a registration certificate and proof of address in Business documents. Wait for scanning.
- Add a payout account in the business name and select it.
- Review everything, accept the current notice and submit.
Owner verification
NairaMove starts an identity job with its verification provider; your browser never decides the result. In local qualification an explicit simulation provider is used and the result is labelled simulated. Unavailable verification stays pending; it is never shown as passed.
Review and corrections
Submitted details are locked while staff review them. If reviewers need a change, Business setup shows what to update. Edit, accept the notice again and resubmit. Approval needs two different reviewers who are not members of your business. The decision appears in your timeline and notifications.
