Customers and delivery history

The merchant directory associates customer details and payments with the current business. Keep details accurate and avoid collecting information you do not need. Current tests must use synthetic data.

Select the intended customer and link, verify the recipient and send through an available configured channel. Check Delivery history before retrying. A delivered link is not a paid invoice.

Pending awaits processing. Submitted is provider acceptance. Delivered requires a matching provider receipt. Failed needs attention. Uncertain requires reconciliation. Sandboxed is a test outcome and must not be described as delivered.
