Find the payment
Use the Payments filters and open its details. Confirm the order, payer, amount, payment state and any previous refund before continuing.
Refund carefully
The current implemented refund journey is for simulated wallet payments. Refunds return value to the original payer through linked ledger entries. This does not establish card-refund availability.
- Open an eligible original payment.
- Choose the refundable amount and reason.
- Check the details before submitting.
- Follow its recorded result in Refunds and download the credit note where available.
Limits and retries
Previous refunds, available funds, wallet limits and open complaints can prevent a refund. A timeout is not permission to start another refund. Retry the same request and check the original payment history.
