Add managers, cashiers or another owner with private email links.
Send an invitation
Owners open Settings, then Team, and choose Invite a team member. You approve the invitation with your passkey. The person receives a private link that works once and expires after 72 hours.
- Enter the person’s name and email and choose a role.
- Confirm with your passkey.
- Follow the invitation in the Invitations list until it is accepted.
Roles
Managers handle payments, refunds and reports. Cashiers create charges and see their own orders. An additional owner gets full control of the business, so only an owner can invite one and must confirm it explicitly. Ownership is never transferred, and no one becomes an owner by promotion.
Resend, cancel or restart setup
Resend replaces the link and stops the old one. Cancel withdraws a pending invitation. If a member accepted but never finished two passkeys, an owner can send a new setup link; their partial passkeys are cleared. A member who already has passkeys must use reviewed recovery instead.
