Payment safety and uncertain results

Check the merchant or recipient, amount, currency, fees and reference. A QR can open a link, but you still need to review the destination and payment details.

Look at the recorded payment status. A receipt image or message does not replace the authoritative transaction record. If confirmation is delayed, use the existing reference and retry only the same operation when the app offers that option.

Keep device security enabled. Do not share passkeys, device PINs, invitation links or recovery codes. Approved support procedures and verified support contacts will be published before live launch.
